Personal Development Plans

As I wanted to become a red team operator, I will have the following learning plan:

1. Gain real world experience. To do so, I will begin my Bug Bounty hunting journey and find my first bug in a real world hardened target.

2. Earn certificates. For example OSCP, PJPT, PNPT, etc. This’ll help me to build a much better understanding in penetration testing.

3. Play CTFs. By doing this, my methodology in different areas and mentality will be more improved.

Timeline

1. Play CTFs: From 29 April 2022 to present

2. Earn certificates: Two certificates every year

3. Bug Bounty hunting: Start from 1 September 2022
